At O’Loane Law, we put your needs first. Our experienced team is here to help you reach the best resolution possible for your unique legal situation.
Michele provides effective family law solutions that fit your unique situation. Our mission is to provide you with the legal and financial advice and support you need to maximize your outcome and lessen its emotional toll.
After over 20 years of intensely litigating divorces and other family law cases in the Superior Court, Michele O’Loane realized that strictly following the litigation model does not deliver the best outcome for all families. However, no two clients are alike and Michele is experienced and well prepared in the courtroom when your case needs it.
We maintain complete honesty in everything we do and expect the same from our clients. We take trust seriously and view our clients as valuable partners in our cases.
We treat every client with the utmost respect to help them navigate their legal issues while maintaining their dignity throughout this vulnerable time.
We believe in complete transparency and setting realistic expectations for your case. By doing so, we can work together to reach the best resolution possible.
For over 20 years, Michele O’Loane has focused her legal career on helping individuals during difficult times in their lives.
Michele’s extensive experience in litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution has taught her that clients have a unique insight into their issues and should be viewed as valuable partners in their own representation. Michele takes a client-first approach to every case, listening to her clients and putting their needs first.
Outside of the office and courtroom, Michele continues to cultivate her love for the local community. She is a frequent presenter at many continuing legal education seminars for both attorneys and the public, and volunteers with Snohomish County’s Medical Reserve Corps.
Michele maintains a backyard farm with her husband, two kids, and an ever-growing menagerie of two dogs, chickens, and a fluctuating number of fish.
