Years of intense family law courtroom experience have taught me that the best outcome for your family most likely will not be delivered from the court system. The judge or the commissioner has a very limited snapshot of your family and has a very limited amount of time during which he or she must make a decision. After dedicating my career to family law litigation, I have shifted the focus of my practice from the often destructive and expensive model of litigating family law matters to a more client-centered and peaceful practice.
My firm embraces the concept that durable family law outcomes are the result of a client-led and attorney-guided process. Therefore, we offer the following range of legal options:
