Years of intense family law courtroom experience have taught me that the best outcome for your family most likely will not be delivered from the court system. The judge or the commissioner has a very limited snapshot of your family and has a very limited amount of time during which he or she must make a decision. After dedicating my career to family law litigation, I shifted my practice to a more client-centered and peaceful way of resolving family disputes. Our office focuses on out of court solutions, including mediation, Collaborative Law, FasTrack divorce and coaching for clients’ court appearances. In addition, I represent clients in limited types of family law traditional litigation.
My firm embraces the concept that durable family law outcomes are the result of a client-led and attorney-guided process. Therefore, we offer the following range of legal options:
- Limited-scope family law and divorce representation (coaching and consulting);
- Traditional litigation for certain family law matters;
- Divorce mediation for pro se/self-represented parties;
