Years of intense family law courtroom experience have taught me that the best outcome for your family most likely will not be delivered from the court system. The judge or the commissioner has a very limited snapshot of your family and has a very limited amount of time during which he or she must make a decision.

In addition, consumers of legal services have evolved over time and now desire more control over the outcome and the cost of their litigation. That being said, certain family law situations may only be appropriately resolved within the court system.
